Would recommend to others. - Jai Mu Added November 26, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Asked for a quote for a 2 bedroom demountable on a residential lot in early October 2020. We spoke to the sales manager and he never contacted us back once after our initial visit. We had to visit and call their office numerous times about having someone come out to inspect our land and give us a quote for installation. Eventually after a month or so of waiting we did get someone out to inspect and he promised to "be in touch soon" about a quote. We never heard back from him.
We eventually contacted them over the phone asking them for an update after 2 months of calling, visiting and waiting and we were told that they had recently signed a large contract and would not be able to even give us a quote until mid 2021 at the earliest. This was AFTER they had initially said that they would be able to install a demountable in January 2021.
Very poor customer service and very disappointed in this business. Will not recommend them to anyone and we will instead be looking else where for one.
